You should be suspicious of any domain or website related notices that come by mail or fax. Domain Registration and website management issues are pretty much on-line process and only between you and your particular registrar or web host. When in doubt, or as a good cross check, go straight to your registrar/host to get any information you are concerned with.

As for .us, or .co extensions, these can be good alternative choices if your favored domain name is already taken under more desireable .com or .net extensions

I have mixed feelings on the caravan.. It's a good exposure tool for your listing clients, and the feedback, if noteworthy, can be helpful. However, I really do not enjoy spending 4 hours or so trucking around to tour homes for other people's clients every week. I do plenty of it as it is with my buyers, especially with the number of homes on the market. Since I work primarily as a buyer's agent, the tour benefits aren't really beneficial to me, and probably why I'm inclined not to participate.

Up until a month or so ago I didn't realize you could tag your listings on trulia for free. I'm stumbling on this post a little late, but it's good info to know! I like that you can keep your sellers updated on an independent site like that as well. I wish our MLS would incorprate that feature.

Thanks for the tips!
