Which ever the case, these marketing plans typically consist of anywhere from 20 to 50 activities that we consider to be of importance. Do you think that if we were to each share our top 10 marketing activities with each other we could help ourselves become better real estate marketing machines?

2. Take multiple photos from different angles (Especially the Front View)
3. Have the listing syndicated to multiple sites (Automation Rules)
4. Make certain that the detail page and lead registration functions properly
5. Compose a descriptive blog post about the home
6. Create an ad for Craigslist
7. Create a virtual tour in the design center
8. Prepare the property flyer
9. Prepare the Demographics and Detailed School Reports for the property
10. Initiate Broker Reciprocity
